Before arriving at your home, I will do extensive research based on your property, area amenities and features, demographics, current market value. You will recieve a 20 page comparative market report detailing current to 90 day comparables. Based on the condition of you home, we will then develop a plan detailing services required and a timeline and schedule. I will take care of everything...making it as stress-free as possible....Remember...it's a "process"
