I take the pricing of your home very seriously, and will NOT give you a high price just to secure your listing! While I will always try to get you the best price, there are three main things to consider:

The market determines value. Not you. Pricing your home competitively is based on the prices of homes that have recently sold, and are currently for sale, in your neighbourhood. Tony will outline the real reasons a home sold, or did not sell, and interpret these results, showing you how this will impact the sale of your home.

 

      The Condition of Your Home

Buyers base their decisions on the condition of the home, as well as the price, and how you compare to the perceived competition. Tony will provide a complimentary consultation with a professional home stager, if appropriate, to attract Buyers and get maximum value. Tony also has access to reliable trades people, as a result of his extensive experience in preparing homes for sale, and can help facilitate the process.
